LOCATION DEVELOPMENT
We are seeking new locations through acquisitions, new developments, and conversions, primarily for leases. In some cases, we also purchase hotel properties in prime locations in key markets such as Munich. Due to our partnership with the Geiger family (owners of das flax hotels brand), we are further developing both the gambino hotels and das flax hotels brands. We are looking for locations in primary markets such as Munich in Germany and Innsbruck in Austria. We are primarily seeking locations in secondary markets, mainly in Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg, for both brands.
