Sabrina Gambino-Kreindl
After completing her business studies in Switzerland (Business School Lausanne, MBA), she worked in strategic marketing at D’Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles in Frankfurt and subsequently quickly took over the management of strategic marketing at Astron Hotels, a then still young company. After several successful years, she moved to the management consultancy Pannell Kerr Forster (PKF, Munich), where she was able to further expand her expertise in the field of strategic hotel brand development.
Alessandro Gambino
After earning his bachelor’s degree in hotel management in Florida, USA, he joined Astron Hotels. As a young director of the then Astron Suite Hotel Unterhaching (now NH Hotels), he was very successful and worked in various positions as director and later as regional manager for several regions in numerous city hotels within the group. After serving as regional manager for the Resort Hotel Kitzhof and Resort Hotel Schillingshof, he moved into the company’s project development department.

Since 2004, Sabrina and Alessandro have run their own company, Gambino Holding GmbH. Gambino Holding GmbH is the parent company of Gambino Consulting GmbH (an established hotel consultancy), Gambino Cityhotels (Hotel Stachus and Hotel Wetterstein in Munich), and the brands gambino hotels and das flax hotels.
Sabrina Gambino-Kreindl is responsible for strategy, product development, and marketing. Alessandro Gambino manages hotel operations and development.
G & G Holding GmbH was established in 2023 and is jointly owned by the Gambino and Geiger families. The company’s purpose is the strategic development and expansion of the gambino hotels and das flax hotels brands, with a particular focus on secondary markets.
